The whole room was amazing! I slept for 12 hrs on this bed, I have never slept this long in my life.The bed and pillows were so soft.The room is very big and comfortable.We had the room with the jacuzzi and it was amazing! I was so relaxed after.It also has a bathroom that has 2 shower heads so you can shower with your husband and no one gets cold.This room is exceptional and super good value for the price.I would recommend this room to everyone.The only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 was because the breakfast didn't have a ton of options other then that we had a wonderful stay.

Good location for those needing a stop over in Kamloops before continuing on with their travels or as a place to stay and explore. A short distance from the cardinal point access routes in and out of Kamloops and area. The pool was a nice place to return to after a hot day!

I like the location and accessibility. It’s like 3-5 mins away from Aberdeen mall and other establishments. The breakfast is the same everyday, but sometimes we have to ask for more plates and coffee coz it always runs out. The room is spacious and clean although the building is old.

It was just off the highway, but it was quiet. It was also very clean. We loved the 3 double beds. Our teens loved the beds and not having to sleep on an uncomfortable sleeper sofa! The staff was very friendly.

The room was a reasonable size. Useful to have a fridge as we had brought some of our own food. Parking was free and convenient.

Staff member at check-in was extremely pleasant, helpful and she made the process quick & easy. Gave us all info needed and provided extra info too. Would come back just for her kind service. Breakfast was fine, would be good to have milk/cutlers in hotel room for use. Great that the room came with a chromecast

Very good location, close to eateries. Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean and air conditioner worked well!! Looks like the property is getting updates to keep it nice and appealing.

Location was quiet. Comfortable bed and nice modern bathroom. Cable TV OK. I did not use the offered breakfast because of my travel schedule.
